Welcome Reception

The first function to welcome delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers to the conference. Held poolside, the welcome reception will provide you with your first chance to mingle with old friends and new colleagues and enjoy a refreshing drink and the warm climate of northern Queensland. 

Cost for this function is included in all registration types, including exhibitor registration. Intention to attend this function must be indicated on the registration form. 

Additional tickets can be purchased at $70 inc GST per person. Tickets can be purchased via the registration form. 

FCAP Conference Dinner

Imagine dining under the stars with only the sights and sounds of the rainforest surrounding you! 

We invite you to be part of this fabulous evening and join us to “dine in the rainforest” at the 2008 FCAP dinner. Relax and enjoy a fabulous 3 course dinner and a selection of Australian wines. The Julian Katz Oration will be presented during the evening by Professor Joseph M. Rey. 

Allow yourself to be immersed in the enchanting, magical world of the rainforest and enjoy the opportunity to share unforgettable memories with your colleagues. 

Guests are encouraged and child minding facilities can be arranged directly with the Kids Club at Rydges Sayab
